Find the reader’s next move, keep what changes it and put the request where they will see it.
Predict
Rhiannon emails her letting agent. Three paragraphs explain that she moved into Flat 4 in March, that the boiler has made noises since June and that she phoned on 2 October. Only the last line asks: “No hot water since Saturday. Can an engineer come this week?” She decides to move that request. Where should it go?
